Genesis: The Adam & Eve Story

 ^i^ A common practice of those condemning gays is to run to the Garden to say God created Adam & Eve not Adam & Steve. Lots of things happened in the GARDEN so those using the Garden had better be careful least they condemn themselves in the process.  If you play in the Garden abide by Garden rules.

Gen 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. (KJV)

^i^ How many straights have left parents to get married? Very few actually leave home to marry, most leave to sow wild oats, find a career, go to school, but not get married till later. Should we say that most straight Christians are going to hell then? What did God make EVE out of anyway?

The actual 6763 tsela is in many verses as sides, corners, chambers, boards, leaves

This same word, "tsela," is used for the side rooms in the millennial temple, described by Ezekiel in Ez. 41:5-26. Read this passage on your own. When you read "side rooms" in both the KJV and the NASB (the Concordant Version of the Old Testament renders them "angle cells"), you are reading the Hebrew "tsela," the same word used in Genesis 2:21 to describe what God took from Adam.

(picture not here) Though not strictly accurate, this illustration does show you a couple side rooms--labeled "oil storage" and "Nazarites' court"--built into the walls of the temple. These are by no means ribs, but hollow chambers, vaults, rooms.)  God took a side room from Adam? He removed an angule cell from him?

It is not an easy task to show Adam’s Rib meant CELL from that RIB, but enough info is accessible to leave room for curiosity about this RIB. I first heard this from TBN’s expert on Hebrew and it culture and ancient language (believe his name is Roy Blizzard) this was m any years ago; I cannot find this man now to get more specifics of his findings. However, Steve was there all the time in the DNA.

^i^ I wish I could insert the most accurate definition for this word "RIB". You see the actual best word in our English would be a cell from that "RIB". Not to lesson God's work, but it actually magnifies it by understanding the complexity of the human genes, DNA, and other cell structures. Inside these is the blueprint of mankind and every distinction of every aspect of our makeup including 10% will be born gay. I am not going to go into the details behind being born gay in this response to you I am just going to assume it and another time for the FACTs of it. In other comments I go into more detail which can be found from my home page. Because the Bible addresses all mankind it mostly will talk as though talking to the main majority principle readers, then all others readers are quite capable of applying the message appropriately to themselves. It really does not matter that many straights cannot accept gay couples. What matters is the principles of God's message works for everyone. Concerning the message of Gen 2:22 and the Garden the Apostles felt it impossible to obey God and so one should not marry then Jesus explains a mystery.

Matt 19:10-12 10 His disciples say unto him, If the case of the man be so with his wife, it is not good to marry. 11 But he said unto them, All men cannot receive this saying, save they to whom it is given. 12 For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their mother's womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it. (KJV)

^i^ When researching the past eunuchs were generally considered gay. Kama Sutra II Ch. XII written between the 1st & 6th century explains that all or most eunuchs were gay and relates to material even much further back in history. Strangely I have heard unexplained independent statements from some gays that say God told them eunuchs mainly related to the common gay. Jesus explains that it is not very easy for most people to understand his comments concerning eunuchs, but would like you to understand it if it were possible. So those that simply say eunuchs means castrated or otherwise made or born unable to do straight sex as it were or some great spiritual abstaining for God sake is just not the right answer or it would make Jesus a liar. He said “All men cannot receive this saying" so generally Christian hadn't to be going around teaching it as some such easy explanation. This is most likely straight from Jesus' mouth that "gay is not sin".

^i^ What happened to Adam & Eve when they left the Garden? Read the "Lost Books of Eden" which probably will not be recommended by your pastors. However, this book uses many writings that have been used exclusively for centuries by a large number of Christians and that is all they had and these books were generally chosen not to be in the Bible because they didn't quite sound good poetically speaking. They also seemed unnecessary and would make the Bible too big. Somehow this got to mean that they should be forbidden. Yet, these very old writings explain a lot. Admittedly some are from myth and legend, and folklore, but still are very worth reading. They write about the 1000 years after Adam and Eve were told they could not stay in the Garden anymore. Something happened as the Bible says when they left the Garden.

Gen 3:16-19 16 To the woman he said, "I will greatly increase your pains in childbearing; with pain you will give birth to children. Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you." 17 To Adam he said, "Because you listened to your wife and ate from the tree about which I commanded you, 'You must not eat of it,' "Cursed is the ground because of you; through painful toil you will eat of it all the days of your life. 18 It will produce thorns and thistles for you, and you will eat the plants of the field. 19 By the sweat of your brow you will eat your food until you return to the ground, since from it you were taken; for dust you are and to dust you will return." (NIV)

^i^ It may be hard to grasped, but something happened when they left the Garden. I explain it like this, the cell's genes were shocked into full potential and something also happened to the literal atmosphere and ground so that thorns and thistles would grow now. This shock as I call it also would permanently cause an inherited trait in all males born from then on and that is this "built in" sense that males are masters over women. Any attempt to control this specifically manipulated gene by GOD would be met with a life time of guarding ones behavior to control it from breaking out. A man would have to learn to control his desire to rule women as inferior to them. Christian have sometimes big time troubles with this as they find opportunity in God's word to prove they must "rule" the woman. Many times the woman feels that she must accept this based on the very same verses. I have seen some exaggerated cases of this many times. This is also exaggerated out by men in prisons. Some men will attack sexually other men or in some way gain control of other men sexually with the deeply rooted sense that he really isn't mounting a man, but making that man into a woman so he can act out his domination over her. When that man returns to society he also returns to the same controlling acts but with women. These are well documented by prison counselors.

^i^ Most of the full potential of the genes have nothing to do with sin. God had already designed the DNA and gene structure in ADAM before EVE to give every kind of traits we see today as commonly inherited including being gay as I explained in my Romans response concerning "nature and natural". History goes a way back as far as recorded history goes and tells us about gays. In Jesus day there were at least 9 Greek words that defined gays in an accurate way. Paul's word was not one of them. To based gay is sin on that in Genesis said "man & woman" says that the person using this idea fails to examine real life facts to conclude an absence of a statement in Genesis of "man and man" means gay is sin because God did not make gays doesn't show much concern for truth don't you think. The 630 million gays today deserves a better explanation than a quick "God didn't make Adam & Steve".  Steve was in the DNA as the word rib in Hebrew in Gen 22:3 means cell from that rib
