There is very little in the way of Bible that shows any sort of male to male sex, so it should be easy to research and then show if, as so many of you believe, gay is sin. Here is what you got to work with in your effort to show gay is sin. Any other verse or references to sin is not applicable until you can show gays fit in as charge by YOU!

Catamite means expensive call boy, sodomite means male temple prostitute. You don not say gay is sin by using a verse that is talking about two kinds of prostitutes. When you go back to Paul’s day you will find 9 Greek words for homosexual. Paul could have flat out said gays, because in his day there were words that would work describing real gays. Also in Paul’s day the phrase “born eunuch” meant a true gay person. This can be proven beyond doubt with research in Paul’s day setting very tight perimeters. The male has to be born fully equipped and all organs intact. These organs would have to function normally and at puberty be able to produce sperm that can make a female pregnant. As an adult this man would be able to have sex with a woman and produce babies if he had sex with a woman.  This is an absolute criteria along with the man did not like women for sex, but instead liked men. Hope this link is still good  Eunuchs This person has quite the credentials and you would hardly find any Christians that think gay is sin reaching Eunuchs. Personally I need FACTs before I dare speak out on such vague possibilities. Before I found material about ancient born eunuchs I only heard wild statement from gay Christians. Convinced me completely.  But even so there are Greek words for homosexual and I hope to get the reference here soon.

Paul is not an idiot. Some people think he just did not know gays existed or any words to express them. Sort of funny seeing how history tells us there were many of Rome’s rulers that were gay and that Paul so educated word not know about gays so could only describe them as male temple prostitutes and worse. Paul toured a temple in Corinth. This is a well known famous temple and it is commonly known today that there were over 1000 temple prostitutes in this temple. Now 1 Cor 6:9 has been taught many ways over the last 2000 years.  One way was it was incest or pedophile sodomite being the man and catamite being the boy. They decided homosexual would work because most already considered that sin so nobody would complain or feel a loss.

They took the Bible and took out about 11 verses that had something to do with male to male sex. "Gang rape" "male temple prostitutes" "fertility sex orgies" and made this their doctrine, teaching instead these are gay people. Over 700 yrs the world uses their doctrine. 2 more verses were added in 1850 making it 13 verses. Some other verses are used often, but they do not talk about male to male sex, but used to enhance the evil of any sin.

4008  peran (per'-an); apparently accusative case of an obsolete derivative of peiro (to "pierce"); through (as adverb or preposition), i.e. across: KJV-- beyond, farther (other) side, over.

Above are listed the meanings for fornicator and fornication. In 4505 you can see “a (male) prostitute’.  This is what you have to work with when you use fornicator and fornication in the verses used to condemn gays to say you are not married so you commit fornication. This male prostitute does not have the GREEK aid to distinguish orientation. In Paul’s day both straight and gay prostitutes existed though straight male prostitutes were more common. Not much call for gay prostitutes (except in fertility temples). A catamite is an expensive prostitute. This kind of prostitute can not be found on the streets selling his wares. In Paul’s day a common practice amongst the very wealthy men as a custom cultural thing was to be seen with a young lover (the young age varies to taste and acceptance). This catamite is very very expensive and special arrangements to conduct the business transaction for the service had to be made. The wealthy man can be seen around and about with this young male as though he was his lover or escort. So a catamite is a known fact in the historical records,(In Corinth). Of course sodomite is a well know historical FACT. Fertility temples every where had them. Some ancient temples are intact today. You can see on every square inch of the inside and outside wall a carved graven image of every manner conceivable of sex acts. Orgy sex was a big deal in these temples.

Hebrew men would often go to sodomites desiring to get blessings through ritual sexual acts. On the way to Canaan God warned these Hebrew men do not go to the male temple prostitutes (the famous Leviticus chapters tell this story).

So the fundlemental foundation of anti-gay doctrine is based on sodomites. Then a word was invented more recently “sodomy” then word has become infamously used to describe gay sex. Originally the Vatican coined the word to condemn heterosexual sex that was considered illegal (hence missionary position was elevated as the only way to have sex).

Jude 1:7

4203  porneuo (porn-yoo'-o); from 4204; to act the harlot, i.e. (literally) indulge unlawful lust (of either sex), or (figuratively) practise idolatry: KJV-- commit (fornication).

Sometimes Jude is used because fornication has nearly become synonymous with gay sex and this just is not so. Also, Jude mentions Sodom and Gomorrah and so the assumption those cities were destroyed because of gays makes Jude an anti-gay verse. . .
